Why I Joined: Finding Alignment in Values

Despite not having a traditional AI background, joining Robosource in late 2024 was a resounding “yes” for me for two reasons.

1) A Living Mission – As I deepened my preexisting good relationship with Jason and Kendra, the co-founders, I saw that this mission was not just words, but living and breathing inside of them. I got to sit with the team in a lunch interview and learn it wasn’t just the cofounders’ passion, it drove the team members personally and professionally.

2) Intelligent AI Solutions – Coming from an employee benefits sales and leadership background prior to Robosource, I lived the immense pain for manual processes and systems that didn’t talk to each other, and we lost sales that we should have won. I also lost a lot of sleep because of the extra hours to complete the manual tasks. Seeing the AI-driving solutions that Robosource has built and is building to solve these problems I have faced, my vision was expanded of what could be possible with this technology. Every Robosource solution is built with methodical care, focusing on long-term growth rather than quick fixes. This philosophy mirrors my belief that the most powerful technology empowers people rather than diminishes their contributions.
