Meet Jason Beutler.
Jason is the founder and CEO of Robosource, the company he launched in 2012 to put automation and AI to work inside real businesses, and to train the next generation of technology professionals along the way. Under his leadership, Robosource has grown into a recognized force in AI-driven business automation, earning Jason a nod as a finalist for the 2026 Mira Rising Entrepreneur Award.
A serial entrepreneur and software engineer by training, Jason holds a BS in Computer Science from Taylor University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. He's the driving force behind ProcessCoach.ai, Robosource's platform that turns a firm's hard-won expertise into AI agents it can deploy to every client.
On stage, Jason helps business leaders cut through the AI hype and build real confidence in their implementation strategy, from executive roundtables to national conference keynotes. Through Robosource's apprenticeship program, he has also mentored more than 100 students and recent graduates since 2012.
On a personal note, Jason runs Robosource with his wife, Kendra Beutler. The two have been married since they were 21 years old and are the proud parents of two adult children.
