Spend your summer building real software. As an Apprentice Software Engineer, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers to build and ship features for ProcessCoach.ai using AI-assisted development — with hands-on mentorship from a team genuinely invested in your growth. This is a full-time role for the summer, on-site two days a week in Fishers, IN.
What you’ll do
- Build and ship real features for ProcessCoach.ai alongside experienced engineers, using AI-assisted development
- Help implement client solutions in ProcessCoach.ai, occasionally attending meetings or demos
- Investigate bugs, improve performance, and refine the user experience of ProcessCoach.ai
- Take part in daily standups, Dev Team meetings, and demos, presenting what you’ve built to the team
Who we’re looking for
Robosource apprentices generally:
- Are enrolled in a 4-year college in a Computer Science or related major
- Will have completed a class teaching data structures prior to the apprenticeship starting
- Like to work in a fast-paced, learning atmosphere
- Are currently using AI in day-to-day life or for development
- Are comfortable asking questions and taking feedback, and learn quickly
